How do I choose the right pump?

Start with three numbers: the water source depth, the required flow rate, and the total head (lifting height) your pipework must overcome. Then confirm the power available at the site. FORWATER engineers can recommend the right model from your well depth, pipe run and daily demand — send us your site details for free selection guidance.

What is the difference between jet and peripheral pumps?

A jet pump uses a venturi to lift water from deeper wells and tolerates some air in the suction line, which makes priming easier. A peripheral pump is compact, quiet and best for shallow suction duties such as boosting mains pressure in a home. FORWATER builds both families for domestic and light commercial use.

Do you support OEM and private label?

Yes. We manufacture pumps under OEM agreements and can apply your brand, packaging and control requirements. Share your target market and projected volumes and our team will prepare a tailored specification and quotation.

What is your MOQ?

For stock models we accept small trial orders so you can qualify the product first. Volume pricing applies from standard container quantities. Minimums are agreed per model and configuration — contact us with your requirements and we will confirm a clear quotation.

What warranty do you provide?

Every FORWATER pump carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, backed by responsive after-sales support. The warranty covers parts and workmanship and is confirmed in writing on your order.
